Our Philosophy
Chef's Story
Chef Andreas Yiangoullas was born in 1992 in Germany and brings a rich and diverse culinary background to Sentio. With Cypriot and German heritage, he has honed his skills over six years abroad, working in fine dining establishments and Michelin-starred restaurants.
Before joining Sentio, Chef Yiangoullas was named “Chef of the Year 2022” by Check-In Cyprus, recognizing his talent and dedication to the craft.
His culinary philosophy emphasizes the seamless connection between a restaurant’s ambiance and its cuisine, ensuring that the view and interior complement the character of the menu.
At Sentio, he continues to innovate, crafting dishes that engage the senses while blending Mediterranean cuisine with Middle Eastern influences and a touch of Asian flair—a true reflection of his passion for culinary excellence.
